Owner
Gina is a registered dietitian-nutritionist, a certified intuitive eating counselor, a certified diabetes care and education specialist, and a National certified counselor. She practices from a Health at Every Size® perspective, specializing in disordered eating, intuitive eating, and gentle nutrition.
Gina uses evidence-based practices to provide a non-diet approach for all of her clients allowing them to reconnect with their body and free themself from diet culture’s toxicity. Gina’s clients work in a non-judgmental environment to learn mindful and intuitive eating, and to choose foods for balance and health. This helps her clients to maintain and appreciate their body as nourished, energized, and strong.
Gina’s mission is to help empower her clients to heal their relationship with food and in extension, their body. Her goal is for her clients to gain the ability to replace shame and guilt with self-compassion and presence. It is important to Gina that that her clients learn to break-free from toxic diet culture, take back the power and stop obsessing over food and body image.

Claire DeMenna
Dietitian
Claire is a dedicated dietitian based in Philadelphia, PA. She provides compassionate care and support to individuals struggling with disordered eating. Claire employs evidence-based approaches, including Intuitive Eating and the Health At Every Size® perspective, to help her clients develop a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. With experience in a intensive treatment setting, she understands the complexity and nuance of eating disorders. Claire strives to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can openly discuss their challenges and progress towards their wellness goals.
Claire’s passion for helping others is evident in her commitment to creating individualized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. For every client she works with, she aims to explore what our bodies need, build awareness and understanding within the body, and feel capable to create balanced, fun meals without the guilt!
In her free time, she enjoys reading, exploring the city, and trying to find new fun recipes to make.

Nicole Crisafulli

Nicole is a registered dietitian who specializes in eating disorders and disordered eating. By using a weight-inclusive, evidence-based, intuitive eating approach, Nicole is committed to helping clients heal their relationship with food, movement, and their bodies.
Nicole believes that health-promoting behaviors, including gentle nutrition and joyful movement, are the driving force behind a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life. Nicole is passionate about ditching diet culture, dropping the guilt around food, and coming back home to our bodies.
Nicole’s goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, inclusive environment for her clients. Whether you are recovering from an eating disorder, tired of chronic dieting, or looking for someone to help make sense of nutrition information, Nicole is happy to help!

Lauren Wood
DIETITIAN
Lauren has always had a passion for food. She got her first job in the industry at age 15. She went on to advance through all aspects of the kitchen and then decided to pursue a culinary degree. It was in school that Lauren discovered she also has a love for nutrition. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor’s in Culinary Nutrition, she got a job working with eating disorder patients and set out to help people heal their relationship with food. She has seen first-hand how the diet industry has affected so many’s views of food.
Lauren is also experienced in helping clients with diabetes, gut health, cancer, and picky-eaters in individual and group settings of all age groups. Whether she is 1:1 counseling you, group coaching, or teaching you how to cook, she is excited to help you fall in love with nourishing your body!

Kathleen Hahn

Kathleen has been practicing nutrition as a dietitian since 2017. She provides supportive, compassionate, weight-neutral care with the goal of helping client’s feel nourished, energized, and strong. She is well-versed in a wide variety of conditions and is particularly adept at helping clients who are struggling with vague IBS symptoms, who want guidance on their supplement usage, or who desire to optimize nutrition for fertility.
Her evidence-based approach takes into account the impact of diet culture, gender roles, and weight discrimination and how this influences a client’s relationship with food and their ability to nourish themselves regularly. She helps clients identify how their history with food impacts their food preferences. She is certified in intuitive eating and uses these principles to guide clients in healing their relationship with food and with their body. She takes a long-term approach to set up clients for a lifetime of caring for their bodies in ways that align with their values and health goals.
